Form-Fill-Seal Pouch Making and Packing Systems
SidSam supplies form-fill-seal machinery that creates a pouch from roll stock, doses the product and seals the finished pack in one automated sequence. This is different from a standalone empty-bag converting machine; buyers should confirm whether they need filled-package production or empty-pouch manufacturing.
How the Process Works
- Packaging film is unwound under controlled tension.
- Forming components shape the film into the selected pouch format.
- A compatible auger, cup, weigher or pump doses the product.
- Longitudinal and transverse seals close the pack.
- The finished pouch is cut, discharged and prepared for secondary handling.
